I looked them up. They are members of the daisy family, of which there are 20,000 individual hyponyms. These are echinacea purpura or native N American coneflower, but, yes, they are n the daisy family, so both right. Daisy is the superordinate term. Not trying to be pedantic, just botanically curious and had never seen them called daisies before!
Ahhh! Well thank you! I’m not the best with names of flowers, so when I saw these I was reminded of daisies, and when I looked up daisies a picture of these flowers came up!
