Here is my flower of the day for today! I am not really sure what this particular flower is. It caught my eye the other day while I was out in my front yard, and thanks to macro photography I was able to capture its beauty perfectly! If you know what this gorgeous little flower is, as always feel free to leave a comment!

Here is my entry for this week’s edition of the Tuesday Photo Challenge – Weather. The top two photos were ones I took after one of the most recent thunderstorms. The middle two were taken recently on sunny days of a bearded iris and a wisteria tree, respectively. The bottom two are two iPhone photos I took at Alex Rodriguez (A-Rod)’s last game as a Yankee last August, where it stormed pretty intensely for a while.
Here is my flower of the day for today! Another rain-covered bearded iris!
Here is my entry for this week’s edition of Sunday Trees – 290. Enjoy!

Here is my entry for the 52 Weeks Photo Challenge: Week 36 – Simple Things. They are often right beneath our feet when we are walking on grass, and even though [some] might be pesky to gardeners, they really are quite gorgeous.
