Here is my own flower of the day! I picked this pretty marigold I spotted on my walk yesterday!

Here is my first entry for Tuesdays of Texture: Week 22 of 2017. The theme for this week was textures that don’t belong together.

Here is my flower of the day for today. This photo encompasses two of my favorite things: flowers and rain! Bearded irises are great subjects.

Here is my entry for the 52 Weeks Photo Challenge: Week 36 – Simple Things. I decided to focus my entry on the beauty I have been discovering recently in things that a lot of people never think about (or look at.) Weeds! They are often right beneath our feet when we are walking on grass, and even though [some] might be pesky to gardeners, they really are quite gorgeous.

Here is my flower of the day for today! Lilacs blooming in my neighbor’s yard! Unfortunately these lilacs had wilted within a few days of this picture, but they were still beautiful to look at!

Here is my entry for this month’s edition of Black and White Sunday: After and Before. Enjoy!

Here is my entry for this week’s One Word Photo Challenge with the theme of Frame. Two of these photos are ones that I love the actual framing of (the top photo of the sunset, which was taken with my iPhone, and the bottom photo which focuses on one of SUNY Oswego’s goalies.) The middle photo is both framed well, and actually encompasses an actual “frame” within the frame.

Here’s my stand-alone entry for this week’s edition of Cee’s Odd Ball Photo Challenge. I love this photo, which is of an oddly placed cement block with a hole in the center on a path down to the shore of Lake Ontario.

Here is my entry for this week’s edition of Sunday Trees – 289. Enjoy!
