Here are my flowers of the day for today! The bigger purple flowers are corncockles (as far as I know) and the littler ones are Virginia Stock Flowers.

Here is my entry for this week’s edition of Tuesdays of Texture: Week 23 of 2017. While this isn’t an ACTUAL ocean, it is a lake so massive that my little brother thought it WAS the ocean when we first visited SUNY Oswego in 2011 (He was 10 and had never seen a real ocean.) And honestly, I have been to the ocean, and I like Lake Ontario better.
